[Trombone-l] Practice with the experts

Someone had mentioned that the second version of Pratice With The Experts,
called "The Complete Practice Book for Trombone" was available through RBC
Publications. Well I ordered the book from them, the website price sez
$12.00, I got the books and the invoice sez $18.95? I called this morning
and talked to the bookeeper, and she really took care of business. She gave
me a credit of $6.95 per book, I ordered 2, and put the credit back on my
card! WOW excellent customer service for a change! I kind of expected to
have a fight on my hands to get the credit but did not have one at all.

I think people often don't give credit where it is due. Definitely due here,
they handle a bad situation very nicely. Greta place to do business with.

They do have some good trombone stuff and some unusual things. There are a
few arrangements available through them of pieces Dick Nash did. The also
have some full band and orchestra trombone features as well. Nice place to
do business.
