Mr Sloane,

I am offended that you have used me (as a member of the list) to involve me in you personal business with another list member.  I understand your frustration, but IMHO, there is no way that a full vetting of the facts would be appropriate for the list.  I feel like you have used the list to "strong-arm" another member into complying with your request.  And the request may be valid, but this is not an appropriate way to seek remedy.
