For sure, extra mouthpieces and extra everything else too! I am especially 
careful thesedays about carrying extra earplugs....surely a crucial piece of 
equipment in our over-amplified world.

Great story Bill!

I had a gig in Rockford, IL (I live in Chicago - a 65 minute drive at least) 
and when I arrived at the gig, I realized, that because I didn't that horn 
very often, I had left my mouthpiece at home in the other horn case! 
Luckily one of the other boners had an extra I could use.  Now I keep extras 
in every case!!
