[Trombone-l] Instrument insurance

Over the years I have usedtwo specific instrument insurance companies. The
first I used was the one through the AFM, I forget the name. When I quit
the AFM, I switched to Clarion and I checked ITA/IAJE on the application. I
thought the original quote was very reasonable. It was less than $200 a
year for about $14,000 worth of gear.

When I was I college my horn was on my renter's insurance, but once I was an
unarguable professional trombonist the specific instrument insurers were
cheaper.

Of course with you living in Mexico, everything is probably different.
