My favorite bone band album is Jay & Kai + 6. I have an old vinyl re-issue
that is called JJ & Kai: The J.J. Johnson and Kai Winding Trombone Octet.
I know it is out on CD somewhere, I think under the original J & K + 6
name. In addition to Kai and JJ it has Urbie Green, Eddie Bert, Jimmy
Cleveland, Bob Alexander, Bart Varsalone, and Tommy Mitchell.

Steve Turre's One 4 J has some bone ensemble stuff on it.
