Not ABOUT "cooler", Dan.

Just about what works.

The first time I hear a trombonist whose playing 
I really admire or a trombone designer whose 
results I admire say anything at all about using 
"science" to improve his playing...science of the 
measuring kind, with graphs and analyses, etc...I 
will be all over it.

So far...hasn't happened yet.
