[Trombone-l] Low Brass Bill of Rights

I'm so intrigued by all the response to this, that I'm sad I missed  
the original post.  Yes, I deleted it, and haven't been able to dig  
it up.  Could someone pass it along to me?  I promise not to get  
offended.
