My Dish Network guide info must have been off or something, because my DVR
seemed to start recording after the program had started.
At any rate, I did see you Gabe! I saw you for sure for a fraction of the
second before that 2nd time through the final strain of Stars and Strips
(the brass standup part). The camera was on you for 1/5 of a second! :)
I agree with Roger on the camera work. The shots were too brief as well.
There is an art to producing a symphony telecast, just as there is with a
baseball game.
I'm pretty sure that "A Capital 4th" was on PBS this year. In past years, I
thought that the Boston Pops was on one of the cable/satellite channels such
as USA Network, A&E (one of those).
