thanks for your answer. sadly, the two bottom teeth require actually breaking
open the top layer of bone to get at them. the surgeon won't do all 4 at one time
except for under general anesthetic which my insurance won't pay for. :/ [and
the state of my wisdom teeth precludes me from getting better private insurance
to cover that...]
