We had a thread recently about Bb bass clef parts showing up in band
music for "world music" or something - supposedly they are used in some
countries.
Nobody is really sure just what those Pines parts where written for -
special instruments that Resphighi had made.
( I have to say that I traveled on the Appian Way six weeks ago - pretty
cool!)
Hmm, there is a concert pitch Pines parts available somewhere on line, I
think maybe from the AFM libriarians site, but I can't find it now...
