[Trombone-l] tuner recommendation?

For me the problem has been to find a tuner/metronome that has a loud
metronome, is quick and responsive in the trombone range, and is
inexpensive. I've had the Korg CA 30 (or whatever that $30 one is
called) and I think the same Boss that's been mentioned. I don't
recall how well the tuner part worked on either, but the metronome
was not loud enough. Once I started playing I couldn't hear either
very well. This is something you might want to check out before buying.
Eventually, I took a gamble on an Intelli IMT 301 $45, which has a
very loud metronome. It even has a thermometer and hygrometer on it.
(The unit is really for string players. The idea is that it can be
kept in the player's case to monitor those conditions around the
instrument.) I had hoped that I could get the hang of its tuner
function, but alas, it has the problem referred to in the original
post to this thread--very slow if any response in the low register.
In the end, I stole my wife's big old Korg AT 12 tuner (only) and
gave her the Korg CA 30, which she actually likes because she can
throw it in her case, something she dared not do with the Korg AT 12.
This leaves me using the old Korg for tuning and the Intelli for a
metronome. Two units. So it goes.
