I've finally decided to retire (this summer)  from the University of  
Arizona after 36 years. It's been fun. Still is fun, but I do hope to  
enjoy a retirement with 2 good knees and the rest of my good health.

No word yet on when they will announce the vacancy or do a search.

I've got this cluttered office, large library of solos and all that  
stuff we accumulate.  I intend to sell most of it, probably at  
trombone.org classified ads (or locally).

But what's a fair price to ask for a 1979 Yamaha alto (plain Eflat)  
in tiptop shape? I don't see any advertised, at the moment, for  
comparison.

On or off the list is fine.
