Speaking of the mp break-in period, other than Dean, does anyone have
definitive feedback on their use of the Giddings & Webster stainless steel
models?
Also, BTW, there was a thread way back about movie screen credits given to
the individual players. I was excited (yet the girlfriend was more than a
little perplexed) to report that at the VERY end of the screen credits for
'Happy Feet', all the players were listed, BY INSTRUMENT!!! Check it out.

This is very true. Some exercises you can do every day, with maybe a day off
a week. Not weights. I never lift more than 3 days a week, and never two
days in a row. There are all kinds of other strictures, as well, e.g.,
amount lifted, reps, etc.
