Not if you get a Chronkite bag or Altieri bag.
Both make fine double trombone gig bags, not heavy but
still protect the slides and bells.
I have several (B/B Altieri, B/B Chronkite, T/T ot A/T
Chronkite.) All work amazingly well & weigh less than
a single hard case.
