[Trombone-l] Mahler 1 mute change

You might not even have time to "whip the mute between your
knees", though, because you have less than a measure of rest, and
this mvt has a nice n' quick tempo. You might want to try holding
it as a plunger mute (not jammed in too hard, as Walter
previously stated) and then grab it out for the next passage while
supporting the bell section with the palm of your left hand and
holding the bottom of the mute with your fingers. This shouldn't
be a problem since the upcoming passage is at a soft dynamic.
