I guess it's a case of "things move on" but I too have noticed how there's
rarely anything worth having on eBay these days. Has everyone sold
everything of consequence? Surely not! When I look on eBay UK these days
it's all Chinese, Indian, and standard lamps. Not much better on USA or
German eBay for that matter. I used to be able to pick up some lovely old
models on the German site, tidy them up and sell them to folk to perform
Brahms and Schumann etc. Not any more!
I particularly like the Chinese insertions with stuff like "New Bass
Trombone - Gold Colour" on them, quite often with a picture of a baritone!
Do these really sell? If so, who's buying. C'mon - own up!
