Jason:  The album you seek is The Ashley Alexander Big Band "Seems Like 
Old Times"  manufactured and distributed by Chase Music Group, PO Box 
11178 Glendale, California 91206.  You might google his name and try 
that way.  There is also Amoeba Records in LA and in the Bay area where 
you might find out of print stuff.
