Kudos to whomever played bass bone on "The Royal Scam" (Steely Dan). To
quote a very popular and effective Duncan Hines brownie commercial
"deep, dark and delicious!"
Kudos to the engineer that captured those qualities on that session,
too!
It is my wish to you all that whenever you walk into a session, the
tape monkey behind the console has a set ears on him as big as THAT
GUY'S!
<There's my subtle attempt to wake up the list.>
Or you can all just put on a Louis Prima record. Set back with a fresh
little umbrella drink and smile.
If anybody's interested I have the recipe for the finest tropical drink
to be sipped on the beach in Negril, Jamaica (at least in my mind,
anyway!)...
Cheers!
