Sorry, I don't know anyone in those areas.  BUT, I know a FABULOUS repairman in Los 
Angeles, who'd be happy to have you ship him a slide and he'd return ship the next day.    
He does EXCELLENT work, and has worked on horns for lots of guys in town (Bob 
McChesney, Andy Martin, Bill Reichenbach, anyone else on the list used him?), including
