Or you can have your repairman solder a coin onto a small round hollow 
piece that will fit over the lever bar. If they use stainless steel or 
something stiffer than regular brass they can easily tap a place for a 
small screw so it will be adjustable and the threads won't break down. 
That might be cheaper and just as good, and they can adjust the lever 
for you to get it into just the right spot.

Another shop that has lots of Bach parts usually is Rosso Music (ask for 
Todd Clontz) at 410-636-1007 in Baltimore, Maryland and if he has one on 
an older horn he would probably send it to you for less than a new part. 
Or, ask him to make you one as described above -- he has a lathe and he 
is very skilled with it.
