Jeff raises an interesting point here. It's remarkable how few professional 
musicians I come across who appear to actually enjoy what they're doing. Put 
me off going down that route.

I was going to say that professionals have to sight-read more and probably 
get to rehearse less but that's a generalisation based on what I know.
