[Degreeworks-l] Date to upgrade Degreeworks

I spoke with Tim McRae and he offered the following dates for upgrading Degreeworks to the latest release:

July 23rd, 24th, 30th, or 31st.

The upgrade will likely break Degreeworks from being used until we can work through the issues it creates.  This could be a couple of days or it could be two weeks.

We won't know until we do it.

Given the extended outage that is possible, what date would be best to do the upgrade?

Or ... do we want to postpone this until sometime later?

What are your thoughts?
