Hi Jane,

We have confirmed that Kaajal Desai, Degreeworks Technical Consultant, will be assigned to work with you on your web localizations the week of January 26, 2009.  Here is the timeline:
January 13-15:  During Training 2 I will cover web localizations. This includes sharing samples of other clients and reviewing the web localization spreadsheet.
January 20-23:  Samford will complete web localization spreadsheet, web mock-up, and colors and logo.
January 26-30:  Kaajal will work on web localizations

>From there, Kaajal will work with the assigned Samford web contact to finalize the web localizations.  Once the localizations are approved by Samford, she will schedule a WebEx to train on what she did and how to continue on your own.

To whomever wants to answer:

I'm assuming that bumps Samford's review of those Web localizations by one week to Feb 2-4.  Am I right in that assumption?

Then should the date for us to submit Web localizations remain as is-Jan 16-or can it be adjusted by a few days?  I ask mainly because now that we've moved our next training session out a week to Jan. 13-15, that we might need a couple extra days afterwards to review and finalize those desired Web localizations.  Jan 21, 22, or 23, would be good target dates.

I was asked to check with you to see if we can move the Web Localization to the week of 1/26/09.
It is currently scheduled for the week of 1/19/09 however Dennis has a schedule conflict for that time.
