<p class="MsoNormal">In an e-mail last month I mentioned that we are eager to revive a graduate student and alumni organization that has been inactive since the early 2000’s. While the Samford Business Network has met some needs of our graduate students and
alumni we have received requests to offer networking opportunities for current graduate students and those who wish to remain connected to the Brock School of Business after completing their MBA’s and MAcc’s.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">We have <b>changed the date</b> for the planned kick-off meeting from Thursday, January 5<sup>th</sup> to<b> Thursday, January 26<sup>th</sup> at 6pm.
</b>This will allow us some more time for making arrangements and following up with alumni after our Christmas break.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">We will meet in the <b>South Colonnade of the Pete Hanna Center</b> prior to the Samford men’s basketball game against Southern Conference foe Georgia Southern. Joining us will be the new students starting their graduate business program
in Spring 2012 and hopefully many alumni.<o:p></o:p></p>
