<p class=MsoNormal>MBA and MAcc students are permitted and encouraged to take
one international travel elective. As the coming Jan Term course
“The Economic Development of Britain” with travel to London is now
closed it is time to consider the next travel opportunity to be offered at the
end of the Spring 2010 semester.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal>We have a great new addition to our international studies
options - “The Business and Culture of Japan.” The attached
flyer sets out some highlights of the course. The course will be led by
Dr. Betsy Holloway who before joining the Brock School of Business worked in
Japan and with Japanese businesses. In addition she will be assisted by
an interpreter and guide to maximize the experience for all.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class=MsoNormal>Due to the need to confirm travel arrangements early we are
requesting commitments by <b>Friday, October 9<sup>th</sup> 2009</b> from those
wishing to take the course. <o:p></o:p></p>

<p class=MsoNormal>Dr. Holloway is prepared to meet with interested students to
discuss details and answer questions. She has agreed to be available from
7:15-7:45pm in the Dean’s Conference Room (DBH 327) on the following
