[BusinessGrad] Am You Clear to Come to Campus? ACTION NEEDED

BSOB Students-

I will send a more formal welcome next week.  In order for our semester to get off to a good start each of you must be CLEARED to come back to campus.  If you are not cleared to come to campus, you are not able to participate in class.

This is a two part process that is detailed on the Bring Back the Bulldogs website:

The first step involves you taking a COVID 19 test and getting results that indicate that you are NOT infected with the virus.

If for some reason you are unable to test at a GuideSafe location or arrange a test with your health care provider, please complete this form<https://samford.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_7QE3vVBGGJzYYwl> to request another option for testing.  You must complete this form as soon as possible in order for additional options to be provided.

The second step is for you to sign the assumption of risk waiver.

We must take all care and caution in order for this semester to be a success.  Passing a COIVD 19 test means you don't have the virus on that day.  We must continue to wear a mask, stay six feet apart, and be smart.
