[BusinessGrad] Fall aid disbursement and refund timelines

Good morning!

Please review the information below from Financial Services regarding Fall aid disbursement and refund timelines for graduate students.


*         For programs that begin on August 19th, aid will disburse on August 9th.  Refunds due to excess aid will be available by August 19th.


*         For programs that begin on August 26th, aid will disburse on August 16th.  Refunds will be processed by August 28th.


*         Those who do not have their aid disbursed by the 16th or have a later starting date will have their refunds processed in date order.

These dates are posted on the One Stop webpage - www.samford.edu/go/onestop<http://www.samford.edu/go/onestop>.  Please sign up for direct deposit in the financial portal.  To sign up for direct deposit or to see if you are already signed up, please follow these steps:


1.    Logon on to the Samford financial portal - www.samford.edu/go/ebill<http://www.samford.edu/go/ebill>

2.    Click on the Refunds link in the red band at the top of the home page

3.    An eRefunds page will open. If a current refund method is set up, it will be presented there. If not, you will be able to add a bank account for use.

4.    It is likely you will have to set up a two factor authorization process before getting to the eRefunds page. Follow the prompts and complete that process before moving forward.
