[BusinessGrad] 2018 Regions New Venture Challenge

Greetings Brock School Students!

I am emailing you to encourage you to participate in our 10th Annual Regions New Venture Challenge Business Plan Writing Competition.

Our Competition "Key Dates" are:
Initial submission (emailed to cmcarson at samford.edu<mailto:cmcarson at samford.edu>) Wednesday April 4, 2018 no later than 4:00 pm
Semi-Final Round presentations held in Cooney Hall on Wednesday April 11, 2018
Final Round presentations held in Cooney Hall on Friday April 20, 2018

We have two divisions:  BUSA 100 Division and Open Division

The BUSA 100 division is for students who have or are taking BUSA 100 during the 2017-18 school year.
The prizes for the BUSA 100 division are as follows:
1st place:  $ 2,500
2nd place: $ 1,500
3rd place: $ 1,000

The Open Division is for other current Samford undergraduate or graduate students as well as recent alums.
The prizes for the Open division are as follows:
1st place:  $7,500
2nd place: $5,000
3rd place:  $2,500
