MNGT 545 - Organizational Change
This course involves the study, research, and analysis of proactive strategies for organizational change in contemporary organizations.  Participants will be exposed to a number of organizational issues including, but not limited to, the need for change, why organizations change or fail to change (e.g., organizational readiness, resistance), and how change helps organizations become more competitive and profitable.  Discussions will also explore the role of leadership in change and how leaders effect change. [Counts toward the Entrepreneurship and Marketing concentrations, and counts as a MBA elective.]
