[BusinessGrad] 20, 000 reasons (aka, dollars) to enter the Regions New Venture Challenge

Hello everyone,

The Brock School of Business has partnered with Regions Bank for the ninth year to host the Regions New Venture Challenge business plan competition for Samford Students.

Submission deadline
Friday, March 31, 2017 at 5:00 p.m.

Monetary prizes for each division are:

BUSA 100 Division
(for students enrolled in this course in Spring 2017)
1st place:  $ 2,500
2nd place: $ 1,500
3rd place: $ 1,000

Open Division
1st place:  $7,500
2nd place: $5,000
3rd place:  $2,500

Open Division business plans should be submitted electronically to Professor Franz Lohrke (ftlohrke at samford.edu<mailto:ftlohrke at samford.edu>) by the deadline.

Other important dates

Friday, April 7th, Semifinals, Cooney Hall, 9:00 a.m.-1:30 p.m.
Friday, April 14th (Good Friday) Finals, Cooney Hall, 10:30 a.m.-1:00 p.m.
