[BusinessGrad] Message from the Dean: Spring 2016 Course Evaluations

Dear Brock School Students,

Over the next two weeks, you have the opportunity to provide course evaluation feedback on your classes this semester in the Brock School of Business.  Let me take this opportunity to impress upon you how important these evaluations are for our school.  First, I read every single evaluation completed on a BSOB class!  Every semester!  We use the feedback for evaluating and supporting faculty members, for developing curriculum, and as part of our comprehensive continuous improvement plan for the school.

Second, your faculty members benefit individually from your candid feedback.  Personally, I know I have changed course assignments, altered class schedules, and made other changes based on feedback I received on course evaluations.  This is true for many of your faculty members.

Finally, sometimes students intimate that there is no benefit for themselves from providing feedback on classes they have already completed.  Nothing could be further from the truth.  Once you graduate, you will continue to benefit from the increasing perception of the quality and reputation of the Brock School of Business.  The higher the profile and perception, the more valuable your degree!

Please make the time and effort between now and May 6 to complete your course evaluations.  It makes a difference!
