[BusinessGrad] Registration and graduation

Registration for spring and Jan term opens at 6am on November 5th. Please be sure to register early as we have had wait lists for some courses the last few terms. If you have any trouble registering, please send me an email with the CRN, course number, and four-letter permit code you need. If a course is full, we will start a wait list on a first to email basis.

We recommend that all students schedule an advising appointment before course registration. All students planning to graduate in spring 2013 and summer 2013 are required to have an advising session. Please contact Ms. Doshia Bennett (dsbenne1 at samford.edu<mailto:dsbenne1 at samford.edu> or 205-726-2367) to schedule an appointment.



December 2012 graduates - If you are planning to graduate in December 2012, please follow the instructions from the email from Student Records last week:

If you believe you are a candidate for graduation, please do each of the following:


1.    Check the alphabetical list carefully found by clicking on the Graduation Candidates<http://www.samford.edu/studentrecords/graduation.aspx?id=45097161715> link. Be sure to that your hometown is listed correctly because it will appear in the Commencement Program.  Contact Mrs. Debbie Crowson dkcrowso at samford.edu<mailto:dkcrowso at samford.edu> or 726-2589  to tell her of any information you believe to be in error

2.    Attend the graduation expo to get measured for caps and gowns that will be held on Tuesday and Wednesday, October 23rd and 24th, at Harry's

3.    Read and become familiar with the information in the Steps for Graduation<http://www.samford.edu/studentrecords/graduation.aspx?id=45097161721> page
