[BusinessGrad] Last Day to Withdraw from Fall 2012 Class -- November 16

Friday November 16 is the last day to withdraw from a Fall 2012 class or the term without academic penalty.

Please complete the attached form and return it to our office as soon as possible if you are planning on dropping a fall course. If you are planning on dropping all of your courses, please email me for a separate form. If needed, we can obtain the professor's signature, but you will need to be sure to submit the form early.
