[BusinessGrad] Summer term billing

Because of the change from one summer term to two, we wanted to send a clarification about the billing for summer terms. If you are registered for both summer I and summer II, your course payment for both terms is due on the first day of the summer I term. If you are registered for only summer II courses, your course payment is due on the first day of summer II.
