[BusinessGrad] Intent to Graduate Summer 2012

If you plan to complete your degree requirements in August, please fill out your intent to graduate notification online here by Thursday, July 12: https://www2.samford.edu/eve/index.php?formid=823. You must submit this form to start the graduation process. Those who walked early in May should still fill out this form. There is not a summer commencement ceremony, so all summer graduates who did not walk early in the spring will be invited to the fall commencement ceremony in December.



When Student Records receives your diploma, they will either mail it to you or hold it for pickup. Please indicate your preference on the form and provide the mailing address since it may be different than your current address.
