[BusinessGrad] Intending to Graduate?

If you plan to graduate in May, please fill out the attached Intent to Graduate Form and send it back to me at rdeboer at samford.edu<mailto:rdeboer at samford.edu>. You must submit this form to start the graduation process. We ask that you submit your form by February 15th if you have not already done so.

Only those who submit forms will receive further graduation and diploma instructions from the Graduate Programs Office and Student Records. Please submit the form on time so that we can be sure you graduate in May.
