This is a reminder that Thursday, November 12, is the final day of the Fall Semester to withdraw from one or more courses with a W.

Please contact Lucy Phillips or me immediately if you wish to drop a course or withdraw from the semester.

You may print the correct form to withdraw from one or more (but not all) courses at:

The completed forms, with all required signatures are due in the Student Records Office by 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, November 12.
